Our Strategy
By 2026 we intend to:
Increase work-ready young people by engaging with 200 young people in the 16- to 25-year-old bracket
To ensure our participants continue to achieve an 80% success rate in their chosen program.
To introduce new programs as required to meet the changing needs of young people and prospective employers.
By 2030, sponsor and secure work opportunities for over 1000 young people from different communities. We intend to:
Expand our partnership with Aboriginal Land Councils to continue our impact within communities.
Inspire and motivate young generations to reach their full potential.
Encourage young people to inspire their own communities, to help break the cycle of social inequality.
